Thank you for considering Dahl House Doodles when choosing your furry family addition.  We are happy to answer any and all questions you may have as we know this is a very important decision.  The following are some questions you may have....

DEPOSITS

There is a $500 non-refundable deposit to hold a puppy. Deposits are placed on upcoming litters by Zelle or Venmo and customers with deposits will select their puppy in order of deposit. We do not take deposits based on the gender or color of the puppy. Deposits are not refundable but are transferable. If for some reason, you cannot take a puppy when the litter is available, or would like to select a puppy from a different litter, you may transfer the deposit to an alternate litter.

PAYMENTS

The balance is due on puppy pick up day in CASH.  Too many issues with electronic transfers that could delay picking your puppy up.

OUR PROCESS

We take 8-10 deposits on upcoming litters. We require a FaceTime call prior to deposits being taken. We do reserve the right to claim the first spot(s) on a litter as a Breeder’s pick at any time. You will be notified by email after the puppies for the litter you’ve selected are born. The email will contain a photo and the numbers and colors of the puppies, as well as all pertinent information for puppy selection and important dates.

PUPPY SELECTION

Selections are made in person on puppy pick day based on list order. We will schedule appointments at 45 – 60 minute intervals in the order of deposit. You will be informed well in advance of the dates and times. If you cannot make your appointment in person, we will pick for you with your guidance, via FaceTime, phone call, email and other means necessary to get the puppy you want.

WHAT COMES WITH MY PUPPY?

We use Puppy Culture from the very beginning. We start when they are born with early stimulation. You can rest assured you are getting a healthy, well-rounded puppy.

Puppy care package includes:

• Health care for your puppy by our licensed vet before your puppy goes home

• Well check and immunization record

• Puppy packet with training information

• Small bag of food that we are currently feeding

• Copy of the contract and 1-year health guarantee

• First round of shots and dewormings

• Blanket with scent of littermates and Mom

• Toys and treats
